Alysha Burney, a social media star who has more than 4 million followers across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, has died just one day before her 25th birthday.
Charles Burney verified with SofTech that his sister passed away on March 2nd at the age of 24 due to an asthma attack she experienced during her sleep while they were on vacation in Mexico.
Charles Burney characterized his late sister, who gained internet popularity by uploading parody videos ridiculing the reality show “Bad Girls Club,” as highly dedicated and kindhearted.
“Charles Burney informed SofTech that Alysha was highly focused on achieving her goals, incredibly innovative, and dedicated to making a difference.” He added that his deceased sister held a bachelor’s degree in digital media production and was pursuing a master’s degree at the time.
Charles Burney mentioned, “She aspired throughout her life to become both a writer and a director.” He continued, “‘Additionally, she wanted to return to Kansas City, establish a production studio, and assist other aspiring local artists in achieving what she accomplished.’ According to him, ‘she generously shared all of her insights without reservation and openly discussed every step of her personal journey.'”
Apart from her active presence on social media platforms, Alysha Burney also ran a production firm called ABurneyProductions. Through this entity, she has created multiple movies such as “Shiesty”, “Shiesty II”, “Lost Angeles”, along with her most recent work titled “Hot Girl Get Away.” These productions can be found on both her YouTube page and mentioned by her sibling.
Charles Burney similarly informed SofTech that the online chatter regarding his sister’s demise was incorrect, labeling the rumors as “harmful falsehoods.”
He mentioned she was a self-assured and joyful person who valued her life immensely and eagerly anticipated the plans for the coming year. She traveled to Mexico to mark her birthday. She was an exceptionally elegant young lady.
